LaughingStock Eulogy

HI I'm SledgeHammer and I will be replacing LaughingStock!!!

I would like to say a few word in remembrance of my predecessor LaughingStock, she got this name because a spectator(who is basically an idiot) shouted "look dey de laffing stak a de track" and then one of my crew(the former LaughingStock crew)Lenz (after landing a few expletives under the IDIOT) decided to use it as the name.At first she was a little shaky loads of mistakes were made,the crew was getting frustrated with her but thanks to the automotive gods(if any)they pushed on.She started out doing thirteens

,this upset her crew "a V8 in a Corolla and doing 13s that ridiculous we should be getting at least 11s" back to the drawing board

.It was then her crew discovered one of their many mistakes!!!
After fixing this major error her crewman(Lenz)took the engine from a beautiful black glittery truck he owned and stuffed it in LaughingStock,she felt a bit uneasy because she was accustom to the torquey Pontiac engines but it felt good.Then the crew added NITROUS(150 shot)much to the dismay of Lenz who at that time did not believe in nitrous.
And then it happened,she went to the track did a run 11.8!!! then 11.6,then 11.3 OH MY Auto Gods! she was shining and the crew was happy very happy at this time she was driven by crewman SPEC Joshua.It was then the crew decided to upgrade her chassis which was built LOCALLY!! by her crew Spec,Pierre,Gregson,Mitchy,Sean,Terry,Brenda,the late Randy,Lenz and a few others who I cannot remember at this time.
Fluffy Joshua was the master body man he transformed her into a Master Piece with the skill of master artist he hammered,molded,fillered and painted LaughingStock into a work of art.She felt so good that on the next race meet she dropped a 10.8s run

,she lost the race because she broke out,BUT WHO CARED!!!.It was 10.8 at 121mph WOW!!!She was still plagued by problems but she hung around to do another 10.8 run at 130mph @$#@$#!!!With a slipping transmission

!!She was driven by crewman Terry Baltimore for both of these runs.
It all came to an end when an extremely happy driver(who probably lost his virginity at skell's)ran into the car which was parked at Chief O'Mard's home,and destroyed the body and the crew's dream of a single digit run.
I and the former LaughingStock crew would like to thank all the people who helped and encouraged us.People like Broyce Marsh,Bennett Chasnet,Jim Daddy,Battery Engineering,Bruno(Catch A Fire) and most importantly our FANS

Wow!! whoever wrote this eulogy has a lot of info.I am part of the crew and I would like to say thanks for your comments.It's good to see someone appreciated "LaughingStock" existence.But I am curious,Where did you get that info?!! Anyway THANKS!!

Project Report
As I said in my intro I'm a work in progress,I will not be fitted with my permanent power plant initially.I will be tested with a engine that was last used in LaughingStock.It's a Big Block Chevy 427.This power plant will be used to fine tune my chassis,test settings on my 4-Link suspension and decide what ratios we will run.The 427 should get me into the low 11s high 10s times.But it when my new power plant is built these numbers will get "somewhat smaller"
